The DEA represents salaried professionals and executives in the Dairy Co-Ops and the Food & Beverage industries of Ireland. The DEA offers members a wide range of support, including expert advice, information on employment rights, and professional representation on employment matters such as pay, pensions, and working conditions.
As a registered trade union, the DEA has the legal right to bargain on behalf of its members and provides protections under the Industrial Relations Acts.
