Pay Agreement with Aurivo Reached
The 2025 Aurivo Pay Negotiations have officially concluded with all 3 Unions reaching agreement on the terms of the Agreement.
Agreement Highlights:
✅ A two-year deal with a 3.25% wage increase in both 2025 and 2026
✅ An increase in the Homeland voucher from €200 to €300 for each year of the agreement
In the face of global economic uncertainty—further intensified by the impact of Trump’s tariffs—the agreement reached represents a strong and positive outcome for our members.
DEA members have overwhelmingly accepted the offer, alongside members from the three other unions. We have now formally communicated our acceptance to Aurivo, and the agreement is officially in effect. Wages will be backdated to January 1st, 2025 and will be processed in the May 2025 Payroll.
This achievement would not have been possible without the outstanding efforts of our DEA Negotiation Team, which included DEA President Padraig McHale, Aurivo Branch Managers Dominick Gallagher and Shane Kivlehan, and DEA General Secretary Niall Sherlock. Their commitment and collaboration were key to securing this outcome.
The deal would also not have been possible without our DEA members. The growth in membership at Aurivo has greatly strengthened our voice and influence during negotiations.
