If you’ve entered your company through a Graduate Program or Trainee Managership Program, you are eligible to join and enjoy discounted membership rates while you are a Graduate. Your employer’s grad program will help you settle into the role, but the DEA Graduate Program is here to make sure you’re not just starting a career — you’re building one. We’ll give you the inside track on pay, contracts, and workplace rights, plus expert advice and backup when you need it.

You will also add your voice to the collective strength of our Union so we can continue to achieve to achieve great outcomes for our members.

We will hold online information briefings and in person networking sessions where our graduates can learn from trusted and experienced leaders in the sector, gaining invaluable insights to help you advance your career. It’s also a fantastic way to connect with other graduates—both within your company and across different companies—allowing you to share experiences, collaborate, and grow together.
